History professor and writer Greg Ryan’s Continuous Ferment is a thoroughly fascinating and entertaining deep dive into the thirsty history of beer and brewing in Aotearoa New Zealand. Looking at the history and politics of beer and Aotearoa New Zealand’s drinking culture, Ryan’s book examines big business power and indie entrepreneur determination through the decades. Ryan will be in conversation with Three Boys brewer Ralph Bungard. Ticket includes a delicious Three Boys pint and bar snacks.
