Join award-winning multisensory artist Dr Jo Burzynska in conversation with Dr Erin Harrington in this fragrant exploration both of how the allegedly ineffable sense of smell is engaged in books, and the smell of books themselves, from the scent of Shakespeare’s First Folio to recreations of book smells in an age of digital reading. This session will include sniffable elements.
