Okirano Tilaia

Okirano Tilaia is of Samoan descent and was born and raised in Ōtautahi Christchurch. He is the vice-chair of PYLAT (Pacific Youth Leadership and Transformation), a charitable trust that seeks to empower and encourage Pasifika young people to participate in all worlds.
