Georgia Latu (Kai Tahu, Ngāpuhi) is the 15-year old CEO behind Pōtiki Poi, the largest poi manufacturer in the world. Her business is founded on acknowledging te ao Māori and creating products that are environmentally considerate.Georgia wrote her first pukapuka, Ngā Mihi, on the whakapapa of poi.
