Zephyr Zhang

Zephyr Zhang is a queer Chinese writer and performer based in Tāmaki Makaurau. Zephyr is both neurodivergent and sleepy. They have performed in the Auckland Theatre Company iteration of Scenes from a Yellow Peril, I Am Rachel Chu and OTHER [chinese]. Zephyr’s writing has featured in Starling, Sweet Mammalian, Mayhem Literary Journal, and is forthcoming in an anthology of performance poetry published by Auckland University Press.
