The Unlikely Librarian

The Unlikely Librarian, Mike Moroney (Taranaki tūturu, Te Atiawa) spent his formative years listening to heavy metal and traversing the stacks of Pahiatua Library. He now calls Ōhinehou-Lyttelton home, listens to heavy metal, performs spoken word gigs and takes delight in people’s reactions to finding out he’s a librarian.
