John Wilson

John Wilson was born Timaru and raised in Christchurch. He gained an MA University of Canterbury and a PhD from Harvard University.

John has been a journalist for Christchurch Press, was founding editor of the magazine of the New Zealand Historic Places Trust (now Heritage New Zealand) and currently works as a freelance historian and writer.
