Emma Hislop
Emma Hislop (Kāi Tahu) is a writer living and working in Taranaki. Her first book, Ruin, was published in 2023 with Te Herenga Waka University Press and won the Hubert Church Prize for Fiction for her collection Ruin: And Other Stories at the 2024 Ockham New Zealand Book Awards for her collection Ruin. She is currently working on a novel.
