Risky Women

One of our most popular storytelling sessions is back. Risky Women promises to be as joyful and moving as ever, with brilliant wāhine sharing moments when they took a risk in their personal or professional lives. Be enthralled by award-winning film maker Christine Jeffs; scholar, activist and writer Ngāhuia te Awekōtuku (Te Arawa, Tūhoe, Ngāpuhi, Waikato); singer, songwriter, performer and interviewer Anika Moa (Ngāpuhi, Te Aupōuri); and journalist and author Anke Richter. Make an evening of it by grabbing a group of friends, and prepare to be inspired. Hosted by Susie Ferguson.

NOTE: Due to work commitments in the UK, Robyn Malcolm is unfortunately unable to join us at WORD Christchurch this year. In her place, Christine Jeffs will feature in Risky Women.
