Claiming a Refund on Tickets

If you already hold tickets to the WORD Christchurch Festival 2021, but cannot or do not wish to attend your revised sessions, please contact the relevant ticketing agency as per below to obtain your refund by 1 November.

Please do this as soon as possible, as most events have wait lists of people hoping for tickets.

TICKETS PURCHASED THROUGH EVENTFINDA

 Online Bookings

For bookings made online, please contact Eventfinda at:  support@eventfinda.co.nz with “WORD Christchurch – Refund” in the email header along with your Transaction Order ID. Refunds will be made back on to the card you purchased with.

Ticket Outlet

If you have purchased your tickets from an agency such as an i-site, you will need to return to your place of purchase to obtain a refund.

 

TICKETS PURCHASED THROUGH TICKETEK

Online Bookings

Please contact Ticketek at:  online@ticketek.co.nz with “WORD Christchurch – Refund” in the email header along with the name you used to purchase your ticket and your booking reference. Please allow 30 business days for funds to show on your statement.

If your original ticket purchase was via credit card, and that card has subsequently been cancelled or has expired, please include your bank account details for us to process your refund to. Please note for PCI compliance reasons we cannot accept credit card details via email. Please only provide bank details or request a call back to provide credit card details. Please note there is a delay in response times.

Box Office / Ticket Agency

If you have purchased your tickets from a box office or Ticketek outlet, you can either contact Ticketek at:  online@ticketek.co.nz with “WORD Christchurch – Refund” in the email header along with the name you used to purchase your ticket along with your booking reference and your bank account details for us to process your refund to. Please note for PCI compliance reasons we cannot accept credit card details via email. Alternatively, you can return to your place of purchase to obtain a refund via credit card.

 

TICKETS PURCHASED THROUGH WORD CHRISTCHURCH

Please email ticketing@wordchristchurch.co.nz with “WORD Christchurch – Refund” in the email header along with the details of the sessions you can no longer attend.
